Project Planner combines a work breakdown canvas, schedule, resource analysis and risk controls in one continuously saved online plan.
Header and commands
- Plan name
- The open online plan. Save and synchronisation messages appear on the right.
- File
- Open a local plan for migration, import data or export outputs.
- Undo / Redo
- Reverse or restore recent edits.
- Structure tools
- Create, duplicate, reorder, delete, tidy or fit WBS nodes. Hover over icons for labels.
- Share
- Copies a plan link. Recipients still need an authorised project key.
Main workspace
- Canvas
- Build and edit the WBS visually. Wires show hierarchy and dependencies.
- Timeline
- Review dates, dependencies and critical scheduling relationships.
- Resources
- Spot weekly loading peaks and rebalance work in the allocation matrix.
- Pane controls
- Collapse, maximise or resize each pane from its header and lower divider.
Sidebar tabs
- Inspector
- Edit selected item details, dependencies, assignments and linked risks. Multi-select enables supported bulk edits.
- Risks
- Create and manage project risks, scores, owners, notes and related WBS items.
- Status
- Review completion, task state and attention lists; select rows to locate items across the app.
- View
- Filter visible items and adjust timeline scale and row height.
- Versions
- Create named versions and branches, switch scenarios and merge a selected branch into the active one.
- Library
- Open or create online plans. Administrators also manage users, organisations, access and appearance.

Rebalance resourcesSelect people in the loading chart to isolate their work, then edit, bulk-fill, copy or paste allocation cells below.
